I have modified the 70% drivers seat using the electrics from a 70s Grand Prix. The seat is adjustable front and rearward within a 5" range and up and down probably 1" or 2". I did this mod because some of the original adjusting mechanism was missing. This along with the tilt wheel makes for a comfortable ride on long trips. The 30% passenger front seat however is bolted down solid and is not adjustable. The seat is also quite narrow and my wife is not as petite as she used to be. This along with very little foot or leg room make for an uncomfortable ride. Instead of bolting it down fast 2 or 3 inches back maybe I should be looking at some way to adjust it back and forth. Anyway I thought maybe some of you had solved this dilemma. I am 5/11 and 208 and there is no way that I could fit in the passenger seat and tolerate a long ride. I need to make it adjustable and I will figure it out sooner or later. Thanks for the replies.
