This is a two man job. Take out the distributor and get an electric drill with something that will engage the oil pump. Turn the oil pump with the drill and at the same time have your assistant get on the crankshaft with a socket and wrench and slowly turn the engine over for several revolutions. After this, you should be able to start it without fear of lack of lubrication.
