My truck was doing similar, only exception is it was freezing the carb where it bolted to the intake. I had the carb apart 6 times before I finally got the speck of gunk in it out that made it run like hell. Id bet the carb has some microscopic hunk of old dirt in.
Ran absolutely beautiful after that! Dont give up, mine persisted this way for weeks ( :mad: looked like this for awhile)and I went through most everything with spark, fuel and timing to.
Blow out all the passages with compressed air in the carb 1 more time, both ways and try her again. Jeff
