It's been run a lot, my grandpa bought it in 1961 and has been a pretty routine driver since then. It seems to have plenty of power, so no issues there. I doubt the valves have been adjusted, ever.
I think I was the first person to take off the valve cover since it rolled off the line in st. Louis.
