| | | | Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,190 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,190 | The twist knob is speed control, it simply shuts down the vacuum supply just as a water valve shut off the flow of water. I have two of them and only one works, the other does likes yours, nothing!
