I like the POR15 but you do have to prep it pretty good....which goes for about any of it.
you can pressure wash, wire brush, wash and pour some metal prep on it to insure a decent job. But I can tell you where there is grease it will not stick!
Depending on what you want out of it helps to decide how far to go. Since the "back" of the chassis is usually not so greasey cleaning good and por15 should hold you. The only sure way to get rid of Rust is to sand blast it then coat if with POR.
