#69313 11/28/2006 5:28 PM | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | I believe some or all of the 55's did have mechanical temp gauges - you could prolly find a bushing to adapt the electric sender at a plumbing supply place, it's just pipe threaded stuff, but that may not put the sender in a position to act properly ... might also find another spot in that engine to mount the sender
