The budget isn't the real problem , but then again this project is going through the budget really fast . I'm not sure if its for aluminum . I did ask if this paint was self etching and was told that it was . So I have to think applying it over the aluminum van body isn't an issue . As for fading ,well its semi gloss already . If it fades any more it'll be what an old friend called his 66 pick -up...powder blue... because if you ran your hand over it...your hand came up blue.
I think that I'll stick to what I know . Good old PPG Del star .
Yeah...being in Hawaii does have its limitations when it comes to finding anything but pineapples or coconuts . We are ripped off on anything that has to be shipped in .
What cost 50 on the mainland is a 100 here.
Thanks for the opinions on the paint . It doesn't sound like a product that belongs on a vehicle.
