| | | | Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 11 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 11 | Currently I have the original 6volt starter on my 54 235 engine but looking at switching to a 12 volt system and would love to keep the original starter just like the concept of how it all works. Just wondering if the 6 volt starter could be reworked to take 12 volts.
