randybadenjr New Guy R Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 11 texas	Currently I have the original 6volt starter on my 54 235 engine but looking at switching to a 12 volt system and would love to keep the original starter just like the concept of how it all works. Just wondering if the 6 volt starter could be reworked to take 12 volts. Thanks Randy
