Don't know what you've got here, but I was thinking the later sag car trans would go right into old trucks till 67 or so and then they had bigger bearing housing on front. The bolt pattern stayed the same tho. Sure you got a sag for Chev? Maybe they made some x-ler or others? Wouldn't think any GM would have diff pattern either. Any thought on redrilling for new ear? Have heard of some doing this, sounds hard to me! PS, some old F-trucks had b/house with a narrow gap for bolt on right side, is that what you have? Their housings had the narrow and the wide spacing depending on what trans went in truck.
