You are right I didn't read for meaning and there was that word significant.
It doesn't change the aspiration NEEDS but the ability to provide the needed air does change---a minute amount--probably not noticable to my coarsely tuned seat of the pants indicator.But the serious performance people get intensely intrested in local immediate conditions both temp and BPress and GOD only knows what else.
