I know this is a popular set-up now because it's quick and easy but $200.00 for 100 ft of air line and a few fittings seems like a lot to me. I'll bet you end up spending at least another $50.00-$100.00 in fittings once you get the line where you need it. Then try taking a fitting apart after 10 years to make a change, I'll bet you get a leak. I've seen this same style fitting in other applications, they don't always work very well. Plus most plastics get brittle with age. If I were planning on having the shop a long time I'd only use metal pipe. It will take a little longer to install but it will be there practically forever.
