Spanky, I don't know about the salvage yards in NC, but in Texas it is illegal for them to sell parts except to licensed salvage dealers. I was a licensed salvage dealer for many years, but I let my license expire at the end of May. My license was recognized by all states. But, I am just tired of regulation.
