Japan drier accelerates drying but there is still a cure time to full hardness - not sure it'll make it "harder" in the end, and usually the enamel tractor paints are about the hardest made anyway .... also, don't use it on any synthetic paint, for oil based enamels and for varnish, which is where it's mostly used
