If you're talking about equipment enamel like they sell at farm stores, I've seen hardner in some stores for it. When I bought tractor paint at TSC they didn't have any hardner for it and it seemed to stay soft forever. I've been told that the hardner for acrylic enamel will work but I haven't tried it.
