As you know the metal panels are held on with screws. If you don't see screws in the pic, they are either black, or he glued the material to a fiberboard then glued it on or could have used some kind of "cliperdouvers" that fit into exsisting threaded holes. There are flat head/button head press in "screws" that have serations on them or "barbs" that would hold it on. Similar to those used on the firewall kick board. These would be between the material and the whatever ridgid used. Just my guesses.
