Got a 47 AD 1 ton about 3 weeks ago. I grew up with a couple of the AD era trucks and loved 'em...
My query is wtf is the deal with how the door locks are set up? Am I missing something? You lock the driver's side door from the inside (since there's no keyhole for locking/unlocking on the ext) scootch over to the passenger side and then lock the passenger side from the outside? This is the only way I can lock the cab of the truck - do I have a dodgey door lock, or ???? What am I missing?
If this is how you're supposed to do it, I'm fine; to me it just doesn't make a lick of sense....
I'd appreciate any revelations y'all might share...
