At least 90% of the people who hang a couple of carbs on a street-driven stovebolt don't know their butts from third base about what they're doing, and they don't have the engine-building experience to make the thing work anywhere near right
Sad, but true.
If playing with mixture isn't fun for you, this will be nothing but misery. In general, there are no "bolt on" multiple carb setups, they all require knowledge of how both an engine and a carburetor work (2 completely different and very complicated topics).
I'm still learning after doing it for 45 years.
