There is no reason you can't have a multi carb setup that has good manors around town and gets absolutely rude when you want it to.
Maybe, somewhere, there's a frog with wings, too, but the overwhelming majority of them are still going to bump their bottoms when they jump. That mythical "do everything" carb system might exist somewhere besides in someone's active imagination, but the vast majority of them are still going to be a huge waste of time and money, and run like crap.
