For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 35 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 35 | I think I spoke too soon ^. It ran for a little while then I went to make some minor adjustments and now I can't even get it to start. I went by the instructions from billyray above for a second time to see if I could get it to run again but no luck. Now the best I can get is a single big backfire when I start it (after about 3-5 seconds of cranking. Any thoughts? A neighbor thinks my timing chain is so loose it's screwing it up but the truck did run (albeit roughly) before all this so I'm not so confident in that assessment.
Thanks! | | |
