I have some more info for you. The engine code one the title does come out to be a '46 truck, but the cab number is a '41 1/2 ton. Since the cabs are the same, there is a possibility that the engine was changed somewhere along the line, truck was sold, possibly to a different state, and incorrectly registered using the engine number as a '46, when it it is actually a '41. Another scenario could be that it is a '46, and the cab got swapped. Only way to get an idea of what's matched would be to check date codes on the other parts, like the trans and rearend, plus the radiator.
