Well.. I talked to Tom. He said that I may have some dirt or something in one of the jets. That is the stumbling issue.. As for the power issue, he said that running one Holley/Weber won't give you the power that a single Rochester 1 barrel will have. He said that you are running off of the primary most of the time which is half the CFM as my Rochester. This all makes sense now, but when I was originally going to run the setup, he told me that even a single Holley/Weber would be an improvement over the original 1 barrel. I'm dissappointed that he would tell me that and then tell me about the power loss after I made the purchase.
I'm going to check the jets tonight. Maybe that'll clear the hesitation up... But if the power doesn't improve, I'm going to have to go with something else.. Maybe back to the Rochester..
