Joe Wright's 1968 Chevrolet C-10 Stepside

Update in 2015: Joe has sold this truck.

           When Joe sent in a Gallery submission in November 2006 for his 1946 3/4-ton Chevy, we inquired as to this one. So Joe gave us an update (and a bit of history) of the onset of his Stovebolt Fever.

           This was my first restoration when I was 16 with the help of my Dad.  I had to sell her for financial reasons (mainly gas).  I don't remember the owner's name, but he was from Caneyville, KY from what I remember.  By the way, if he is reading this ... I WANT IT BACK!!!!!  But it was my mistake for selling it.

        This is my 1968 Chevy C-10 short bed stepside. I restored it with some help from my Dad about five years ago.

        It has a modified 350 with a Muncie 4-speed ... and talk about fasssssssssst!!!
