I verified the secondary is opening and the choke adjustment is good (opens all the way at operating temp). What CFM is the Holley/Weber? If it's for a 4 cylinder, maybe I chose the wrong setup? Does it have less CFMs than the original Rochester? I'm hoping it's just a tuning issue but don't know for sure or where to start.
