I doubt you can even buy alcohol based anti-freeze nowadays. I haven't seen it in 25-30 years. One thing you may want to consider is adding a wetting agent. It breaks down the surface tension of the anti-freeze and water mixture and really does help in cooling. Most of the street rod guys use it with hi-pro engines that make a lot of heat.
