Thank you all for the replies. I would like to keep the truck as original as possible. But also have it where it is driveable. After pulling the pan and looking at the crankshaft. I found the crank shaft to look good. And that the cap appears to have vibrated loose over the years. I'm pretty sure that new mains will fix the engine right up.
