If you noticed, the question was what makes it a stroker.
The correct, and only, answer was the one I gave: the crankshaft.
The other parts "Intake, Exhaust, Compression, Ignition, and fuel are all you need" (exception: modify or change your pistons) are not needed at all, unless you want them.
