Eagle makes that stroker crank already fitted and clearanced for the 350 block. If you use a stock 400 crank, the connecting rods, harmonic balancer and flywheel also have to be changed to the 400 parts for balancing and piston/cylinder head clearance purposes. I think there are some "internally-balanced" strokers on the aftermarket.
