That could be one of 2 different condes. There's an LG and an LQ, you may need to see if you can get a better look to see if the "0" is actually a G or Q. LG would be a 4.57 ratio, LQ is a 5.14. For a higher gear, you will need the 3rd member from a '68-'72 3/4 ton, usually with a 350 and automatic, with the 4.10 gear.
