I agree. Leave it stock. If you are going to drive it, 12 volt system is good. Put turn signals on it & better wheels with radial tires. I also like carpeting. The main thing is to go through every thing on it to make sure it is safe & reliable. The brakes & fuel systems always need complete o-haul.
