You'll have to use a BOP bolt pattern trans/bellhousing as it is different from Chevy engines. Any tranny from a Buick/Olds/Pontiac V-8 or Buick rear drive V-6 will work. Wrenchbender's right, not much speed parts, SOME parts will interchange from the V-6, though. Mainly front components like water pump and cam drive.
