Scratch your heads on this one. I talked John and Peggy out of their 48 short dump. While moving it and other vehicles to fit everything in the garage I raised the Dump a little to see how well it worked.It started up immediately so I stopped it now it won't come down. I pulled the lever back to raise it and shoved lever forward to drop I thought but it stayed in position. Off to work this evening so likely won't get to your answers till late in week.
