This is from memory only and an old memory at that but I believe that the foam rounds are for behind the door panel at the door latch and window crank with the thin cardboard versions being for in front of the door panel underneath both latch and window crank to serve as washers, and the final 4 rectangles, I believe go behind the door latch cross bar to keep it from rattling against the door metal.
