rapper1 Junior Member R Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 12 Taylors Falls, MN	Richard, It appears tight. The cylinder number 1 and TDC do line up correctly with the 0 on the marks and pully. I must be doing something wrong, but I have not banged by head on it yet. If the inital timing was truly 30 degrees BTDC, the truck should not even start. I will give it some time, maybe it is self healing.... Brad Rapper1
