| | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 | There is a metal pre bent wire that goes from one side of the oil pickup to the other. It attaches in two little holes on the sides. It holds on the screen.
Since oil pumps are only about $45 and your engine sat for so long I would probably just replace the whole thing.
