You can do it in your existing doors. You will have to remove some metal at the back of the vent wing. I tried power windows keeping the vent wings and recommend not trying to use 1980 Buick motors, too much sweep and too powerful.
Edit addition: you may need some of the window trim from pre 1950 doors.
