If you want to know if it is rebuildable, take it completely apart and bring the head and block to an engine/machine shop. Have the head and block cleaned and checked for cracks. Find out the cylinder bore (over-bore). You might as well have the crank checked also.
The shop might give you an estimate for the necessary machine work and maybe an estimate for a total rebuild.
Maybe someone else will post more helpful information.
