That's definitly a 235. It has the short cover on the side and the low water pump. There is also the motor mount bosses for '58 and later passenger application on the sides. I'd agree on passing on the engine-it's most likely seized, and you can get a better one. However, if you can get the whole truck cheap, it may be wort it if the bed and frame is good. You could part it out and sell it.
