Looks like all the good bits have been scavenged!
Unless a boat anchor is what you had in mind... I think that engine is probably not worth restoring. The rust on the head surface looks pretty extensive, and I'll bet a couple of those pistons are permanently adhered to the cylinders. Looks like a couple snapped off head bolts too.
You should be able to find 235s pretty available and cheap, from people who want to upgrade to something else. Maybe even running!
