I saw a sweet 235 jasper rebuild on e-bay a couple of days ago for $500 w/manifolds, carb, pumps, etc... You can get short blocks or long blocks from some of the vendors for cheap. Rebuilding what you are looking at is gonna require some very expensive machine work IF it can be fixed. So, it isn't gonna be worth it.

Grab the guages, radio for e-bay sale purposes if they are there still there. Other than that... There isn't much on that truck you'll be able to use.
