Dom - that vin is for a Canadian manufactured truck, the decoders here and elsewhere on the net are for US vins only - Lothar has it right, your "vin" of 7 1133 04039 = 7 is 1947 production year [not model year], the CDN model is an 1133, with a production sequence number of 4039 - the GVW would make it a 1.5T .... and it would have been assembled at the Ontario plant
