hookalatch, I don't have any handy but I can certainly take some and post them. Give me a day.
If all else fails I "might" be persuaded to part with the extra set I have!!....or I cn get the guy to make me a couple more sets. I think he charged me $10 to make them and another quarter each to get the little self locking nuts.

EDIT: I'm having problems with my camera/computer right now so I just sent you and email with some pictures. Any questions let me know.
EDIT AGAIN: sorry the pics are not that good. As you can see in the email I'm having problems.
