I don't know of anyone here who has done this conversion but yes, it is one thathas been around for quite a while. Doesn't seem real popular probably because many (most) of us are purists at heart and love our "old" trucks.
ps..that S-10 would make a great parts chaser however while fixing up your AD, pre-war or TF.
