I'am pulling the 228 out of my '49 GMC FC102
what are the best lifting points for this monster?
Rear manifold bolt and a water pump bolt?
Front and rear head bolts?
Then once out, were is the best place to bolt it to the engine stand?
Bell housing?
the front end is all off, radiator and everything out of the way.
everything is disconected and I am ready to put the hoist to it but I am questioning my choice in lifting points.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
