I just wanted to let you know what I found. After looking in my 62 repair manual and taking the passenger inner door off (that's the good window) to compare against the driver window that doesn't close all the way, I discovered it wasn't a short window afterall. I found out that I am missing the sash on my window regulator. Beleive it or not I found the sash at the bottom of the inside of the door. I couldn't reach it, so I had my daughter reach in and pull the sash out. It's in great shape. I probably saved $30 - $60 bucks by not having to buy a new window.
