No, the 292 is about the same height as the 235/261 but will be a few inches longer. The 292 will also be about 19% lighter. You will have to move the radiator forward or cut the firewall and set the engine back. You should also know the motormounts, crossmembers, transmission, and driveline will all have to be changed.
