#60078 05/05/2006 5:08 AM | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 481 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 481 | Well, Buffalo (Steve) is the guy who modifies the 47 and later bellhousings to use your existing pedals in an early truck (36-46) and the fellow who makes the adapter plates. Call him again and ask him why you can't use an adapter plate rather than modifying a bellhousing. I would guess the input shaft isn't long enough to use an adapter. If that's the case you need a 47 and later bellhousing to send him to modify if you want to use your original pedals. | | |
