There are tips here on how to fit it to your engine- The major advantages to HEI are no points to adjust and a much hotter spark. The conversion is simple: Take the distributor, file off a ridge that limits how far you can stick it into the engine, clamp on a collar a little higher up and then put it into your trusty 235 and bingo!
