If you did the carb. & now it won't run either you are not getting gas through it or you are getting toomuch & flooding it.
Look down the throat of the carb & work the throttle. It should squart a little gas into the throat. If not pour a little gas down it & try it. If it is getting gas & not flooding pull the coil wire out of the center of the dist. & hold it about 1/4 in. from a ground. Have someone turn the engine over with the key on & see if you get a spark. You don't need another website. This one has some very knowledgeable people. You might post it in the Engine-drive line section. More people look at it.
